Position Overview

  • Salary: Competitive base + uncapped commission (OTE $90k–$150k+)

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute global sales strategies to achieve $5M+ annual revenue targets:cite[1]:cite[5]
  2. Lead cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, CS) to optimize conversion funnels and customer LTV
  3. Manage key accounts including architects, interior designers, and smart home integrators:cite[2]
  4. Analyze market trends using CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce) to identify growth opportunities:cite[6]
  5. Negotiate contracts and oversee RFQ/RFP processes for enterprise clients:cite[1]

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred):cite[1]:cite[5]
  • Proven track record in e-commerce/home goods sales (3+ years managerial experience)
  • Expertise in omnichannel sales strategies and IoT/智能家居 markets:cite[6]
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Spanish/Mandarin) a plus
